Villa Chell proved to be an excellent accommodation choice for a group of three adults, featuring two double rooms and two bathrooms, suitable also for two couples. Located slightly away from the bustling heart of Playa Blanca, the villa offered a tranquil environment. Amenities included a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable lounge, and a dining area accommodating four people. The exterior terrace, garden, and pool area were meticulously maintained, ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or relaxing in the winter sun. The pool’s temperature was pleasantly warm even in late January and early February.
The property is very spacious has loads of natural light and is comfortable for a group of 6. The bedding is comfortable too and the house was very clean. There is a beautiful view from the upstairs terrace. The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook and there is a barbecue outside. We asked for a few more cooking utensils and Manolo brought them for us very kindly. Check in was easy and Manolo was very responsive. The kids adored playing pool. The table is a bit old but its perfect to practice with kids. A few small negatives: the twin room downstairs has a skylight in the ceiling which is lovely during the day but makes it hard to sleep in, in the morning. On a windy night the house can be quite noisy. If that happens make sure to tell Manolo as he has a few tips ! The development is not very central but we hired bikes and suddenly the beach and boardwalk were 5 min away!

Great house, very peaceful and relaxing. Super fast wifi which was great as I was working from there. Heated pool was a bonus in January. Couldn’t fault the house at all. Loved it.

Great spacious and quiet villa with lots to do
The villa is great, very spacious and lots of room for our family of four. The pool was lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyed the volleyball net. The pool table and dart board were added extras. The only downside would be the lack of blackout blinds/curtains, so a few bedrooms are difficult to have a lie in! Having Roja on the doorstep is very handy and well worth a wander up to see the views. The welcome basket was great and the villa management are really friendly and obviously look after the villa very well.

Exceptional property and communication
We had an amazing 10 nights at this property, wonderful communication from the start. The welcome pack was very helpful on arrival, we felt well looked after. The views are amazing, its location perfect, the property is beautiful and tranquil. We hope to return. We did have a car to get around, the roads are lovely to drive on and would recommend.

We have been coming to Lanzarote for the last 20 years, 2 or 3 times a year, staying in villas up and down the island, and I have to say that Villa Chell is one of the best. From replying to messages, to providing a simply exceptional welcome pack, everything was perfect. Kelly and Ben are new owners and if they continue with the customer service the way they are doing they are not going to be able to use their own villa as they will be fully booked! The location is residential and very quiet and just a 15-minute walk to the beach. The lounge with the lovely comfy sofa and great TV and table was perfect. The outside area with the pool is just right. I can’t fault anything and we will be coming back. I was in 2 minds to write this review, as I wanted to keep the villa a secret so we can book again! But Kelly and Ben and Manolo the villa manager are just too good. Thank you. We had an amazing time in an amazing villa!
